- Signed waivers and related compliance records
We retain signed waivers and related compliance records for two years from the date they are submitted, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for ordinary App account activity after your account has been deleted.
