  • Conference registration information associated with the App account
  • Notification preferences and notification history
  • In-app messages and networking activity, where applicable
  • App usage data that is directly linked to your account, where applicable

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, compliance, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include:

  • Payment and transaction records
  • Signed waivers and related compliance records

We retain signed waivers and related compliance records for two years from the date they are submitted, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used for ordinary App account activity after your account has been deleted.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
