Last year, our demographic consisted of 70% embryologists, 15% lab directors, 10% physicians, and 5% other professionals. This year, we plan to balance this distribution more evenly by offering exclusive incentives to physicians and lab directors.

By attending the GENES Conference, whether in-person or virtually, you’ll be eligible to earn 9 hours of ABB-approved CEU credit. Certificates of attendance and credit will be issued one month after the conference concludes.

You can access older presentations by either logging into the app if you attended a previous conference or by signing up for a GENES membership found here.

The registration link for Genes will be posted on the Genes website, Progenesis website, and Genes linkedin and instagram.

1. Virtual attendees will be given access to watch all presentations live through our app, which should be downloaded after registration
2. In-person attendees will have two different registration options. “Event REgistration” will give you access to all events, presentations, complimentary breakfasts, lunches etc during all three days of the event. This however DOES NOT include the boat dinner cruise. If you want to attend all events including the dinner cruise you will need to register for “ Event Registration + Yacht Dinner Cruise”. You can purchase additional boat tickets for spouses, colleagues, etc to join you by selecting the Yacht Dinner cruise add on during registration.
3. Exhibitors

As an in person attendee you will have the option to select “Event registration” or “Event REgistration + Yacht Dinner Cruise”. If you select “Event REgistration” you will have access to all events except for the boat dinner cruise. If you would like to join us for the dinner cruise you will need to select “Event REgistration + Yacht Dinner Cruise”. If you have plus ones with you and would like them to join you on the boat you can purchase additional tickets for them by additionally selecting the “Yacht Dinner Cruise” add on option.

You are able to be fully refunded for your purchase up until (Date). After this date you will only receive a partial refund.

Guests are able to stay at the Loews Hotel Coronado. You can book your room accommodation through a link that will be given to you after registration. You will receive free breakfast both mornings as well.

Be sure to follow GENES on instagram and linkedin to stay up to date on all updates and information regarding the conference. You can also join our mailing list for these updates as well. As we get closer to the conference attendees will be able to download the genes app which gives them access to all session details and push notifications throughout the conference.

Yes of course! Plus ones are welcome to come alone and stay at the hotel with you.However, if they want access to the presentations as well as the dinner cruise they will need to purchase a ticket for themselves as well.
